The second largest global clothing retailer. It operates in 18 countries. There are over 450 stores spread all over the world. Company offers a diverse range of products, including: baby, children's, women's and men's clothing, accessories and footwear; beauty products; housewares and confectionery. The chain sells clothing at prices below those typically charged by other retailers.
The customer required the development and rollout of an application in two new countries while working with a small team already engaged in ongoing improvements and providing continuous service support. The task demanded efficient resource utilization and seamless execution within tight timelines.Solution
